Terms of use
These terms govern access to the JustGospel platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a failure for which JustGospel is responsible. Administrative access is limited to authorised roles and may require additional verification.
Community safety
Treat others with dignity. Do not harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate people; publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing material; expose another person's private information; evade moderation; or use the platform to facilitate abuse. Safeguarding concerns may be restricted, escalated or preserved so trained personnel can respond appropriately.
Churches and administrators
A church profile or administrative role does not imply endorsement by JustGospel. Church representatives must have authority to act, keep membership information accurate and use administrative information only for an approved church purpose. Global administrators cannot transfer their platform privileges to church administrators.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give JustGospel a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format and display it only as needed to operate and improve the requested platform features. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit.
Moderation and account action
We may limit visibility, remove content, suspend features or restrict an account when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a review or appeal route. Emergency action may occur before notice.
Service availability
We work to keep JustGospel secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be withdrawn or enter maintenance. The platform does not replace emergency, professional, legal, medical or safeguarding services.
Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to lawful retention. Provisions concerning safety, intellectual property, audit evidence and disputes may continue where necessary. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@justgospel.co.uk.
